Paprika Chicken

This is a yummy recipe if you like rich and creamy spicy food!
It takes about 15 minutes to prepare and 25 minutes to cook.

Ingredients:
6 pieces of chicken (not deboned)
1 large onion - chopped
4 large tomatoes - peeled and chopped
1 large pepper cut into cubes
1tbls butter or olive oil
30ml Paprika
250ml chicken stock
25ml flour
200ml sour cream
Method:
Saute the onions and pepper for a few minutes in the butter or oil.
Add the paprika and stirr until well mixed.
Add the chicken pieces, chopped tomato and chicken stock.
Add salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
Stir to mix well and cook on a low heat for about 15 minutes.
In the meantime, mix the flour and sour cream until smooth.
Remove the chicken pieces and stir the sour cream mixture into the pot until you have a smooth creamy mixture. Add the chicken pieces again and simmer on a very low heat for about 10 minutes. Do not let the creamy sauce cook.

Serve hot with steamed rice or risotto rice.
